Features:

1.Vertical sealing structure; heat seal tape or self adhesive tape can be selected, inch or continual seal two modes for choose.

2.Sealing with high precision, good sealing effect and fine fine-tuning device,+/-0.01mm trimming.

3.Applies to the step motor to pull tape , convenient and accurate; Counting is applies to the Germany encoder not the conventional optical fiber, 0 error. And won’t have counting mistake because of carrier tape shake.

Add “Front Empty” “Back Empty” “Packing quantity” “ Leakage for transparent tape” ( no matter transparent tape or black tape, all can check). Which let the operation is more humanized.

5.Good adaptability: the track can be flexibly adjusted within the scope of 8mm-36mm.

6.It adopts gravity drop method to automatically feed, and 45 degree mechanical head automatically rotates and takes off. The movement is stable and accurate.

7.The hot pressing head has a fine adjustment device which can precisely adjust the position of the sealing line (+ 0.1mm).

8.The tension of the cover belt can be adjusted and the position of the cover belt can be adjusted fine-tuning.

9.Applies to the double head independent adjustable PID temperature controller, the temperature control is accurate and stable.

10.The vibration feeder is automatic feeding, which is suitable for encapsulation: SOP, DIP, SSOP, HSOP and etc.

11.With the new sealing technology, the test results of the tension pull force are stable at 50~110 (the tension value can be adjusted freely according to different requirements).

12.Import PLC program control, stepper motor drive, digital touch screen display, sealing knife group independent constant temperature, temperature control table/2, pressure gauge /2, the whole machine running performance is very stable;

13.Simple loading and unloading disc compatible with all EIA-481 standard discs.
