Auto LED strip V cutting machine
Features:
1.The machine is applicable for cutting PCB alignment with V notch and total width less than 300mm (such as PCB of LED stripe light) in one step.
2.Applicable substrates: aluminum substrates, FR series substrates and common glass fiber substrates.
3.There is no restriction on PCB length, but individual PCB width shall be no less than 7mm.
Cutter diameter: 100mm, and cutting rate: 50-120mm/s (adjustable).
4.PCB alignment is moved manually into cutting area firstly and then moves forwards automatically till one individual PCB board is cut out completely, then the individual PCB is conveyed by a conveyor belt.
5.Its processing rate is 5-10times faster than single-cutter machine generally.
6.A special conveyor belt is used to facilitate the collection of individual PCB board and reduce operator’s workload.
7.Two set of cutters are equipped to reduce the bending stress effectively and guarantee individual PCB boards processed by the machine are free of bulking and deforming.
