Features:
Semi-auto Solder Paste Printer:
1.Applies to Korean guide rail,printing precise is up to 0.2mm IC

3.Suitable for long LED PCB , such as 600mm/1200mm/1500mm length PCB(make to order).
PCB Conveyor:
1.Precise M-screw,manual guide rail width adjustable,which ensures two guide rails move smoothly.
2.Imported round special belt, and the patent tracks ,decrease the PCB drop problem.
3.Stucture is made by the aluminum alloy,more stable and longer lifespan.
4.With SMEMA.
Pick and Place Machine:
1.SMT specifications: platform 600X400mm, applicable to the current market of 99% LED products;PCB board can be affixed to various shapes, without clamps.
2.Mount: Mount 0603 to 7272 can meet all specifications of SMD LED components. In addition to all the planar LED plane, other electronic components (such as resistors,capacitors) and high power LED and the lens can be produced;.
3.High precision: X, Y, W axis are equipped with precision ball screw and guide rail, Z axis 6 sets of imported motor drive,enhance the smooth coordination ofequipment movement, reduce abnormal noise, greatly improve the accuracy and speed of the patch.
Reflow Oven:
1.Lenovo PC , windows 7 operation system, Chinese-English interface screen.
2.15% heat transferring efficiency was improved ,which is more suitable for the LEAD-FREE welding process.
3.Siemens PLC control, more durable and stable.
